Training incorporates speed sessions and long runs as follows:
During the summer months we meet every Tuesday at 7.15 at the Tea Hut, Tattenham Corner. Sessions take place on various parts of Epsom Downs over intervals ranging between 200m and 500m. During the winter we train on the streets at various locations. On the first and third Wednesdays of the month we have a track session at the Poole Road track, West Ewell. Long runs take place on Sunday mornings enabling members to be flexible in their planning. Members tend to run in groups of comparable capability and pace therefore we will be happy to advise you of which group is best for you so please feel free to drop us a query by clicking here.
