The race was won by John Gilbert of Kent A.C. in a time of 28:07. The ladies winner was Emily Alden of Epsom & Ewell Harriers in 33:09.
Herne Hill Harriers won the men's team race, 4 to score, as well as the Brent Shield, 8 to score.
The Ladies shield was won by South London Harriers
